Our flagship IPA is a bold, hop-forward brew that put us on the map. Brewed with a blend of Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe hops, it delivers waves of tropical fruit and pine with a clean, balanced finish. This is the beer that started it all — and it's still the one our regulars come back for.

Brewing Notes

We dry-hop this IPA for seven days using our proprietary blending technique, which produces an exceptionally aromatic beer with minimal bitterness on the palate.
